Information for Traders

Dates for the Minerama Fossicking, Gem and Jewellery Show are Friday 6, Saturday 7, Sunday 8 March 2026. 

Please note these dates in your calendar and apply for your site. 

Your site is not confirmed until we receive your complete application, copy of Certificate of Currency in the amount of $20m and food safety accreditation, if applicable. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT, WE WILL INVOICE YOU. 

Application, Insurance and all other applicable forms must be received by COB 12 DECEMBER 2025. All sites are powered.
(If your policy expires before March 2026, please send the most current version now, and then the renewed policy, as soon as possible)

CAMPING FEES. For the four nights Thursday to Sunday, Minerama will invoice the fees along with your site fees. Camping fees for all other nights before or after the show must be booked and paid directly with the Showground Caretaker. 

It is now a requirement that all Traders Stalls must contain a MINIMUM of 70% by volume and value, goods relating to the theme of the show which is Minerals, Crystals, Jewellery & lapidary related supplies or equipment.

An invoice will be sent to you once your application has been approved. All invoices must be paid by 30 January 2026. 

SET UP for traders will be Thurs 5th March - from 11am to 5pm. 

Trading hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm Fri/Sat, 9:00am to 2:00pm onSunday. 

Please note: Strictly no trading by any persons who have not purchased an authorised site or stall. 

It would be appreciated that all stallholders stay trading till the 2:00pm closing time on Sunday March 8, as advertised. 

Movement of vehicles before this time is strictly prohibited.
