Persons signing the Agreement on behalf of the Trader personally warrants that they have the authority to do so. 

Where the Trader is a company, persons signing this agreement personally guarantee the Traders obligations under this agreement and agree that they are personally liable for any loss incurred by the Council as a result of any breach by the Trader. 

Your application and the information provided therein forms the basis of your attendance at Minerama and you agree with the terms of this agreement including compliance with Glen Innes Severn Council’s Work Health & Safety Policy, Code of Conduct Policy and any addendums as detailed on www.minerama.com.au.

Executed BY THE PARTIES AS AN AGREEMENT. The parties may only cancel this Agreement in writing and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions as detailed on www.minerama.com.au
